Add Core Features

Need to implement basic missing methods for cache maintenance - similar to https://github.com/SebastiaanZ/async-rediscache

[x] - contains - basic check for key existence
[x] - delete - delete entry with provided key
[x] - clear - remove all entries from cache
[x] - dunder iter - allow iterating over contents using easyrpc generator capability

Bonus:

[x] - Write Basic Unit Tests for FastAPI & Generic Implementations
