Tidy up the default public/modules directory #62

This branch tidies up the experimentr repo by simplifying the default experimentr public/modules directory by limiting the default included modules to a consent page, a HIT page, and a debrief page. The previous files in public/modules have been moved to public/modules/examples so that folks can still get more complicated examples should they wish it.

Specific changes were:

  1. Move existing public/modules files into a separate example folder (public/modules/examples)
  2. Create new default examples in public/modules
  3. Add a placeholder class to give more salience to Experimentr instruction and placeholder text
  4. Change default font color and family in Experimentr to #333 and a series of HelveticaNeue/helvetica/alternative fonts
