Data is being received out of order, writer buffer freezers

When I call:

byte[] buf = new byte[65];

.sendFeatureReport(buf); //this return results

.write(buf); //this no works, freezes

//my return

dev.enableBlocking();

//while waiting return
int n = dev.read(buf);

//the result is out of order
