Roman Catholic Diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart #13

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart has the IP-Range 194.94.0.0/15 and there are edits .... but i do not know to which list i should add that one. Any suggestions?

Hey, thanks for providing us a new network for the bots!

I would probably put it into "landesedit" because from what I know, the dioceses are organised roughly like our federal states. So that would probably be the best fit even if it's not directly a state administration. But maybe we find more churches in the future, then we can start a seperate "kirchenedit" bot :D

Heads up: The Diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart only owns the net 194.95.75.192/26 and not the whole /15 you mentioned, this belongs to the DFN.

If you want to open a PR for this, you could also add 212.201.94.192/26 which also belongs to this Diocese :)

Landesedit is fine. Baden-Württemberg is divided into the (Arch)-dioceses of Freiburg and Rotterburg/Stuttgart. But they are both located within in the borders of BaWü.

I'lll prepare my PR... of course for 212.201.94.192/26
