According to researches of Lilith Wittmann (@LilithWittmann) (https://lilithwittmann.medium.com/bundesservice-telekommunikation-enttarnt-dieser-geheimdienst-steckt-dahinter-cd2e2753d7ca) and several media reports (e.g. https://www.focus.de/politik/deutschland/panne-beim-verfassungsschutz-hackerin-enttarnt-drei-geheimdienst-bueros-das-kostet-den-staat-jetzt-millionen_id_94823830.html), the "Transportmanagement der Bundesverwaltung" seems to be a disguised organization from the BfV.
