Do we need an offline account?

A new potential user can try Dog's Business out with an offline account.

With an offline account,

• No user provided data are sent to the server.
• A user can register her/his dog friends.
• A user can record pees, and poos of her/his dog friends.
• A user can see pees, and poos of other dogs.
• A user can save data in a browser cache (IndexeDB).

Restrictions with an offline account,

• A user cannot see pees, and poos of other dogs.
• A user cannot save her/his data in the server (retained only in a browser cache).
• A user cannot invite her/his human friends as her/his dog's friends.
• A user cannot transfer data to other device.
• Map access may be denied if there have been intensive access.
