what php version is compatible? 7.4.x ? 8.2.x?

GrpgV2 runs on php 7.2-7.8 if you go above this to 8 for example the db wrapper will start throwing a error if you are looking for a php 8 version one of the owners MagicTallGuy aka Anthony i heard he has a full version which works on php 8+
