Creating New Pokemon #24

It would be nice if you could view the pokemon menu on empty slots (to create a new one) or copy over a pokemon from existing slots to use as a base.

Maybe as part of this issue I should also add an ability to import a Pokémon from a file.

You can create a new Pokémon from an empty slot now, although the QoL around this could be improved some.
