Shiny Problem + PID problrm #42

You can no longer make a Pokemon shiny, atleast on my device. Also, the PID is a number, where it is a string of letters and numbers. Please fix these issues.

PKMDS for web has never had support for making a Pokémon shiny (see #33). And the PID is a numeric value - are you asking for me to show the hex representation instead of decimal?
