Falling through the floor #15

Found problem tile on NYC.CMP with coords (25, 17) - walking over it causing fall under the map.

Oh my, I've checked it in original GTA1 and got same result! It is glitch on map located at this spot: https://gyazo.com/7a2c21b2cfcf07c7577ab4f7e1366e59 Won't be fixed.
