What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
I propose that the errorpage's stylesheet send back cache-control public
headers instead of private headers.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
The error html page would load quicker as it wouldn't have to redownload
the spreadsheet from the server.

That should be stylesheet not spreadsheet too just to be clear.
