1. Access elmah.axd/digestrss

What is the expected output?

RSS Feed

What do you see instead?

This feed contains code errors. Invalid unicode character. Line: 16 Character: 
4265

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Source build from http://elmah.googlecode.com/svn/branches/issue-129
Windows Server 2008

Please provide any additional information below.

I fetched elmah.axd/digestrss using "wget" from the command line and
at that position it has &#x12;

To clarify: I was experiencing the exceptions thrown on the main Error Log page 
(elmah.axd) in Issue 129, which was fixed when I built from 
http://elmah.googlecode.com/svn/branches/issue-129 .  After that I discovered 
this new issue on the "digestrss" page.  It's probably also related to the 
unusual characters that caused the earlier error.

This issue applies to both RSS feeds, digest and non-digest.
