Create script to rename vanilla to project name #8

Could be a python script or a shell script. Choose whichever one is easier to maintain, use, and understand. Ideally this script can live in the django extensions script directory.

Actually this script probably shouldn't live inside the project repository since it's only meant to be run once. I'll add a link to the script in the README.
