I've created a provider for Basecamp oAuth2 API

Indeed - I've updated the code snippet to include the MIT license, as OneAuth is released under, and added in more accurate info.

I'll merged this once https://github.com/codenitive/laravel-oneauth/pull/16#discussion_r1513210 is tested. Not particularly favour text fieldtype unless we really need to.
