Adding Rails 7 to test suite #40

@adamcrown This PR seems to be important to support Rails 7, any chance we can get Rails 7 compatibility out and rolling?

Sorry for the late response to this. I'm not sure why CodeClimate is complaining, or why CircleCI didn't run for this. But I see that the tests passed when I look it up directly. So I think it's good. I'll deal with any further issues after the merge.

@floriandejonckheere I think I'm good to maintain the gem for now. I recently moved and took on a new position at my job that has been keeping me busy. But moving forward, I should have more time to devote to my open source projects. I'm always happy to accept pull requests though, of course.
