Adding configuration for JarScanner (Tomcat component) to find Che DynaM... #61

...odules. This is necessary from Tomcat 7.0.56, because default configuration of JarScanner is changed.

Can one of the admins verify this patch?

In close future we are going to upgrade our default tomcat to something 8.x Before that we only guarantee that it work well on tomcat 7.0.50. BTW have you saw any difference in tomcat startup time with your changes?

I did not measure the exact difference in start up times, but I did not mention any slowdown.

Works in 8.0 without this change
