Codenvy's code base is (mostly) moving into Eclipse Che (www.eclipse.org/che) which is an open source project that has governance, well-defined license file and code of conduct requirements. We currently do not have the same standards for Codenvy as it is part proprietary, part open source licensing. Since the migration is happening due to the Red Hat acquisition, it would not be the time for us to introduce these files into this repository.
However, we are getting many active contributions with Eclipse Che and all of the PRs are carefully reviewed in a timely manner. I'd appreciate any reviews of our code of conduct on that project for improvements.
