Replace old SSAO with one presented in GPU Zen - "Robust Screen Space Ambient Occlusion in 1 ms in 1080p on PS4 (Wojciech Sterna, GPU Zen)".

Use Vogel disk for sample space.
Final upsample pass is omitted; the half-resolution SSAO texture will be just sampled with bilinear filtering.
