Basic story collage activity #16

Basic collage activity with

staggered grid layout
still using the dummy StoryPlace model until we implement API fetch (added a rating field so i could sort by most favorite)
added a placeholder share icon (can't implement until we add followers/following)

Also some other random things:

added libraries for parceler and lambda expressions
added menu items to the Story View:
- map - currently does nothing, just a placeholder
- picture gallery - takes you to the collage activity
add "up" buttons for navigating back
for some reason the menu icons are not correctly aligned. They sit too low and get cut off at the bottom of the toolbar.
