Generalize compose note fragment to support text note and photo #54

Issue: #52

Repurposed the ComposeNoteDialogFragment to support photo as well. Now when you tap on a photo it will bring up a modal overlay to view the photo and add a caption to it. Optionally you can also set the photo as the user, trip or story place's cover photo.
