basic place details activity #71

Issue: #32

Basic place detail with no styling:

Also, moved a few files around (added some constants classes, packages for "net" and "viewholders")

Next steps:

Linking phone number (phone intent) + website urls (webview activity)
Styling (also add icons)
launch from StoryActivity view as well (via info icon?)
