Change refresh time to 10sec as we're getting ready for the demo
Update cache policy to CACHE_THEN_NETWORK so it always fetches from the network for the demo
Fixed num moments text - singular vs plural nums
Number of comments should be updated automatically since the story list is getting refreshed every 10sec

it seems i didn't revert it. the diff doesn't have any CACHE_THEN_NETWORK, which means it only has CACHE_ELSE_NETWORK before and after my change.
