add ui-web

Now the UI system consists of:

• ui/: This is meant to be a component package for code reuse. Imported as import @codepod/ui. Not to be used directly.
• ui-desktop/ (localhost:3001): This imports components from @codepod/ui and create desktop specific logic, notably no authentication
• ui-web/ (localhost:3000): This implements web-specific logic, with user management and authentication
