AugurX is message header is missing links that were in the Augur one #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Augur displayed the header line on a message with hot links to the parent
message and the author. AugurX displays it as plain text.

Message header was already being displayed as HTML so just needed to add some 
links
to it. This exposed some issues with the Authors view not kepping track of 
selections
properly so that was tidied up. Also cleaned up the display author code so it 
doesn't
switch to the authors view if the requested resume doesn't exist.
