Background Blurring, it works?? #15

I've tried to blur many images, portrait and others but the blur is always applied to the whole image not only background. Where am i wrong?

It's not perfect, by any means. Some images it works great, some it doesn't. I find it works better on Windows than on Linux, and you're running a Linux version in your docker image.

I've tried many images and I can conclude that on Linux it never works :(
