If Afterburner is not reporting FPS (due to no game running for example) the 
text returned is '2.14748e+09' for value 'Framerate'.

If I knew what I was doing with conditional formatting I would of just hidden 
the item under the conditions if it started with "-" but figured I would report 
the problem.

I don't have a FPS option... maybe I need to update my Afterburner installation.

Updated to latest version of after burner, still no FPS option.

Turns out you have to enable FPS in the settings.
