Once installed please make sure PMS has been restarted. If issues persist logs would help.

It only shows you tried 1 video and 1 provider.. please try different ones under YoDesi.. since the files get removed from time to time..
Attached more logs, tried multiple days multiple sources, and multiple series from different channels.
It used to work few days ago, before the most recent update about a week or two ago. After the update, it stopped working. Now even if i go to older version, it does not work.
Your system log seems to suggest there is some installation issue since its unable to pick the associated URL Service code.

I would recommend doing a clean install i.e. shutdown PMS, delete DesiTelly bundle, download a new copy and install that.
