Keep TDD (test driven development) as part of tutorial (vote)

Should we keep TDD as part of the tutorial. This would mean that the parts would go something like

• Drap up map of what we want to solve problem
• Do up concept in Solidity Online Compiler
• Write Tests
• Write Code
• User Acceptance Testing (ie manually checking web and contracts)
• Deployment
