why cannot get the FIL #1

1.why I sync the height to 70333, but I still cannot get the FIL? It's always return the "failed to send funds" 2.I see the log, it's warnning "WARNI net/identi: error reading identify message: short buffer id.go:190 " how can I solve the problem?

Currently we have switched to Lotus Project. And go-filecoin test environment is not maintained by us. You can try lotus instead. More people run it, and you will get more answers.

Later go-filecoin and lotus will work together. Maybe we will focus it again.
