Closes #63 (some work already started via #75)

Changes made

Updated some of example setup code for the backend plugin to be a little more clear
Added a disclaimer about how our setup steps don't necessarily support Backstage deployments scaffolded with the New Backend System
- Will be making an issue about this shortly
