Map score/rating system stored in database and displayed in vote menu

Players should be able to rate a map (👍 or 👎) in the map vote menu when the game is over. We should display the approval rates of each map on its vote button when present.

Just wanted to reference a conversation I had with @ThomasTerp the other day about rethinking where map voting would actually take place. The idea was to have it on a webpage instead of in-game at the end of the round using the Discord integration. But this would probably just over complicate things. It would still be nice to view map statistics and player "reviews" (potentially actual text reviews, would need heavy moderation) via a web interface (like we were considering for leaderboards).

Things to track

• [ ] Loss count
• [x] Win/loss ratio (this is just the quotient of the last two)
• [ ] Likes & dislikes
  • Maybe this should be a sort of spectrum players could pick from? As in, 1 to 5, 1 being "hated it" and 5 being "loved it"?
  • This would give some extra "detail" to our map ratings early on, as opposed to waiting for 30 or 60 players to play and rate a map before the statistics make any sense
  • It is important to note that player usage of this of this appraisal slider would vary widely, with some players being much more considerate or "within the bounds" with their appraisals and others always choosing the minimum or maximum options
    • I think I could estimate players' appraising behaviors through their previous appraisals enough to normalize the impact of any one player's appraisals on all the others. That is to say, I think I can weed out the most extreme appraisals and curve up the appraisals of players who don't typically give min-max or 0%/100% appraisals so that they can compete with them.
