The problem is that the hook MapVote is tapped into is only called after the gamemode map change timer appears at the bottom of the screen has reached 00:00. That timer's 60 seconds long or something and I don't know how to change it. We should just remove the timer entirely, including the countdown it is building up to (instead being the vote menu and its countdown).
