Weapon clearance sales w| vending machines #29

At least 1 of these vending machines would be placed in each map (maybe we use sorting algorithms to place them as far from the sigils as possible), and they would offer point discounts to F2 menu/arsenal crate weapons. These discounts would be lucrative, incentivizing players to leave their fortifications behind in the hopes of finding a better gun for cheap.

The vending machines would feature a 3D2D display on its side(s) that would showcase each weapon currently on sale, switching to the next weapon in the rotation at some arbitrary interval. NOTE: If we render identical screens on multiple sides for maximum visibility, I will have it render to a render target, use that texture in a CreateMaterial-created IMaterial and render that on each side for performance.

So, players could figure out what's for sale at a distance, but perhaps somewhat unreliably. Not as well as having E access.
