5 years ago @ancagabriela Could you please explain the process of sending onboarding email as well as links of these files and form? So that we can work on that and make it automatically.
- Where you get new comers information (email address)? From which form linked to website? LINK? Does these info will be stored in a spreadsheet automatically?
- Which is the spreadsheet storing these info (email address) ? LINK?
- Where is your code for sending email ? LINK? We need to add a trigger to make the sending email code run automatically, when there are email addresses which haven't been sent email in the spreadsheet which is linked to the form.

[x] 1. as a account manager, I want to automate sending onboarding email procedure -- that if a new freelancer finish filling in Coderbunker Onboarding Categorization, the onboarding email is sent automatically. (so did the next step)
[x] 2. as a non-technical user, I also want to run the function as a menu button in this spreadsheet, instead of running it in the script editor.
[x] 3. as a developer, I want the script to be a container-bounded script to the "Coderbunker Onboarding Categorization" spreadsheet file instead of a standalone script, so that I can find the script easily in the future.
