It could be cool for users to write things like: "no more coffee", "machine is broken" in the page describing the coffee machine. http://url.coderbunker.com/F503BEDF-B884-4B21-AB5F-070D27FB0407

Could work with: "No more paper for printer" etc...

You could also consider this is equivalent to attaching ticketing system to objects.

Typically , writing something is causing too much friction. So far users prefer posting a picture in WeChat group

Where is this information to be stored? As a variable on the server or injected into the spreadsheet?
