Graph behavior #2

What should be the behavior of the graph?

Natalie's design indicated that the data in the top block could be changed depending on which month was clicked. We currently do not seem to have "active freelancers" or "ongoing projects with billable hours" for each month.

Assuming that the graph should be clickable, what should happen when a certain month is clicked?

In the future we will add a feature that allows the user to click on a certain bar(month) in the graph and the "ongoing projects gross" field will change to reflect the month that was clicked.

Still do not know what the arrow/pointer should do if one of the earlier months(far left) are clicked.
