As part of an initial clustering approach, I am going to look at Y(II) time series for 20H ML and 20H HL treatments. I will take the average Fv/Fm from plate 99, and then scale all other plates so that the average WT Fv/Fm matches this reference value. I don't think applying any shift would be helpful, but it's possible that a time-dependent scale factor based on the WT Y(II) values might also be necessary, and I'll look into this by plotting the differences between WTs on different plates as a function of time.
