We have 3 templates to create 3 exercise repos and instead we could use one template #286

Git intro lesson has a template and this lesson has two. All 3 exercises are very similar in the file layout and history graph (of course not in exercise goals).

We could simplify maintenance if we used only one template to generate all 3 exercises in future.
