new try: merged EL stuff into one and updated links #200

- All subpages of Exercise leader material are merged to one for better overview.
- BOR stuff related to instructor/Expert helper moved to their pages
- Links should all be fixed

I agree with what has been discussed in chat that for future onboarding it will be more helpful to have it all in one, if there is no apparant need to have it separate.

I tried to adjust texts a little bit for this, but likely future PRs are needed to fix some duplicates.

What do you think?

Have to fix a few things still (latest changes to some of the pages that got deleted)

@rkdarst , could you please check that I caught all of your changes to the pages that are now deleted?

I don't remember what all I have done, but I don't think I have made any recent important changes to the pages that were deleted or moved. Let's merge, everything else can be done later. Is it ready?
