This is really useful for local preview.

for some of these I had left them off of the main dependencies, to keep a minimal requirements - assuming that people may use different local development tools and installing them is a responsibility of the local user.

But, sphinx-autobuild doesn't increase the installed size by that much (I seem to recall some other tool like this that made number of installed packages greatly increase. So it's good that that's not the case here anymore).

What do you think? main requirements, requirements-dev, or something else? I don't mind adding (but would rather add it in the end packages like here, not far upstream like in sphinx-lesson directly)
