Suggestion for updated HackMD template #222

Based on discussions at AHM meeting and some extra thoughts.

Incuding spoilers suggested by Thomas.

If this seems ok for you, I would go on and update the role pages to clearly state what are the responsibilities of each role and make sure they match with the checkboxes in this template and are explained a bit more if needed. Every role mentioned in this hackmd template should then also link to the corresponding role page. Some of which do not exist currently.

As usual feel free to edit or disregard.

Oh and I went with the assumption that it is only important how it renders on the Hackmd, so might not look nice as webpage, but I thought that it can still be informative.

If we don't want it rendered as webpage, maybe we could also just have it as link to the raw content instead of rendering it?

Team leads and instructors are now included in top of the Hackmd template, but could ofc also be separated as you discussed/decided in team meeting yesterday.
