snakemake HPC optional exercise needs an update #183

the recommended way to run snakemake on HPC is now via Profiles Example for SLURM: https://github.com/Snakemake-Profiles/slurm

the optional snakemake-hpc exercise should be updated

I have dropped that part of the exercise. I am happy if we all manage the regular Snakemake exercise.
