1 year ago - focus is both on how to simplify own work but also about the "time travel" to 6 months later
- offer both Python and R
- simplify snakemake part to only run and re-run, not "all" commands
- in script/pseudocode also add comments
- it is really about communicating how to run a series of steps to a human (and computer, but that's secondary)
- simplify the word count even further
