Lesson could start with a look back on git, why did we teach this and what does it enable in terms of reproducibility.
Putting the following lessons (social coding, documentation, Jupyter, testing, modular code) into context could be talked about also in beginning of the lesson or in the end.
Maybe the end of the lesson should be reserved for reproducible research lesson wrap up, so everything in context could be presented in the beginning and every lesson could refer back to it.
We could try to generate some nice schematic that puts it all together and then each lesson could use that, to put each lesson into perspective and connect them somehow?
Yes! Creating context with schematic. That's great.
We could also use this one for the overview and add the CodeRefinery lesson titles ? -> https://heidiseibold.substack.com/p/6-steps-towards-reproducible-research-2fd
2 hours in beginning of day 4. This is the beginning of week 2, so the beginning of the lesson could be used to put everything already done and everything coming up into perspective.
Include break and minimum 10 min for each exercise, consider demos, where applicable; think researcher.
