Various small docs fixes, I made in the progress of doing other changes.

There seems to be some problem in content/sample-episode-rst.rst (is the name intentional?)

Oops, the sidebar thing was accidentally included. -rst in the name is intentional, in theory I will go make a MyST-equivalent soon and file names without suffix should be different.
