Simplify cmake

This removes:

• FindStandardMathLibrary.cmake
• OptimizeForArchitecture.cmake and the other cmake files it uses

The project seems to build and run fine without these, so I removed them. (At least locally, lets see what the CI thinks.)

We may want to test this on multiple machines/architectures.
