Knowing which PRs will get merged into production on deploy #26

When we deploy to production, we want to have a list of which PRs will get merged into production. Here's why:

Need to know what features do we need to test by hand once something is in production
Need to know if there are any migrations to be aware of
Need to know if there are any breaking/incompatible changes on the front or backend

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
