Examples

I didn't have access to Asana projects like Backlog
Nikola still doesn't have access to the iOS repo
Nikola doesn't have access to CodeShip
There are probably some accounts like EasyPost that not everyone on the team has access to

These are the only instances I can remember.

If there is ever an emergency and one of us needs to resolve it, we might not have everything we need in order to address the problem.

So we need a process to make sure everyone has access to everything.
