Wahib changes need to merge

we will keep rx java thing in mind let us set up a hangouts session i also need to learn it from you. I have reivwed and merge this after fixing git ignore issues

@codernaut I read your responses and I would agree that most of them are just suggestions on better way to do things to achieve code readability or optimization. I hope a list of such improvements is compiled and then done gradually as short PRs.

Yes we can definitely talk about RxJava and Reactive way of doing things in Android. Functional Programming or Reactive approach is not a new thing in programming but it got widespread adoption in Android world in past couple of years.
