Issue: #150, #151

Some changes in CMake architecture has been proposed. Desktop application now works in container, and Widgets has been changed to Qml. Two new scripts provided for work with container two prevent multiplying of docker images and containers obraz

create_container.sh - use this once to create container run_container.sh - use this to run container

Desktop application works properly :) obraz
